Dr. Vera Pommett - Veterinarian

Growing up on a small farm in Glen Arm, MD, Dr. Vera Pommett has always had a lifelong passion of taking care of animals.

She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Animal and Poultry Sciences from Virginia Tech before pursuing her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Virginia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Pommett has a special interest in surgery, dentistry, and dermatology.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time on the beach, cheering on the Orioles, Ravens, and Hokies, and taking her boxers Bear and Winnie on evening walks.
